Required:
* Ability and willingness to relocate immediately to the Eastern or Central US city where position is located;
* PhD-EE required;
* Provide significant portfolio of peer-reviewed and refereed publications in Power Electronics;
* 8 years Industry or Academic R&D experience Following your MSEE, PhD; 3 years R&D Management;
* 5 years Industry or Academic R&D Leadership experience with Power Electronics including Energy Storage, fuel cells and batteries, renewable/alternative energy systems, solar power, wind power, switches, converter, drives, magnetics, emissions and interference, thermal, etc;
* Excellent verbal and written English communications;

Preferred:
* Built, maintained, and managed R&D Labs;
* Energy storage, fuel cells and batteries, renewable solar wind, semiconductor power switches, integrated magnetic structures, thermal, electromagnetic, power quality, control, renewable energy sources, electric drives, etc
* Experienced with worldwide research, academic, and business leaders;
* Program offices, government funding, etc;

This is a hands-on Research and Development R&D Manager position to Lead the Design Team efforts with Power Electronics electrical and thermal, hardware and software co-design, process development, prototyping and validation; implementation with multi-physics modeling & design of variable speed drives, and alternative energy systems, with existing power grids.

You must have PhD with 8 years in industrial or academic R&D experience after your PhD or MSEE; 3 years Management background required. You must provide a significant portfolio of peer reviewed and refereed publications in Electrical Power systems; publication lists must be submitted in order to be considered;

This position includes the following:
* Permanent position with large corporation; excellent benefits; bonus potential
* Annual salary of $110,000 to $143,000 depending on experience (Target =. Relocation required; company-paid relocation package;
* 40 to 50 hour work week
* 25% travel, Monday through Friday, home weekends

* Requires 3 Professional References at time of submission
