Description
Specific Position Objectives:
Drive improvements in Photolithography tool performance, yield and cost reduction.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performance results and total cost of ownership on assigned tool sets. Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime, process yield and reducing cost of ownership. Defines, writes and tracks adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturer's technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Ensures equipment performance and reliability meet or exceed industry standards.

Tool sets include:
Canon Steppers (MK IV & IW)
Perkin Elmer (300/600)Aligners
SVG90 / TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks
Semitool SRD?s
IVS / OSI Metra metrology tools
