The candidate will conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, and management efforts for our federal client's data warehouse projects:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the customer and development teams to become familiar with existing requirements.
- Overhaul existing requirements to create decomposed, well-formed requirements that meet project requirements standards
- Work with the customer and development teams to elicit new requirements.
- Assist the customer and development teams navigate through requirements-related issues as they arise.
- Create and manage change requests against requirements as changes are requested.
- Solicit approval of decomposed requirements from the customer.
- Load approved requirements into the Serena Dimensions RM tool, the tool used for requirements management at our federal client.
- Develop and maintain bi-directional traceability between requirements and work products.
- Manage and administer the Dimensions RM tool as needed.
- Create high-level testing/verification plans for each requirement.
- Perform Assist with system testing activities, data analysis, and requirements verification testing.

The candidate will also assist with these other tasks:
- System testing
- Verification of requirements against completed work products
- Documentation (e.g., design documents, metadata documents, user guides)


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus on computer science or systems engineering degree

-5+ years relevant work experience with or knowledge of:
Formal requirements methodology
System testing
Writing user documentation
Serena Dimensions RM requirements management tool any other requirements management tool
Data warehousing concepts - preferably Oracle
Dimensional data modeling concepts

- 2+ years experience in team lead or comparable leadership role
