Job Description: Graphics Designer/ Computer Operator Three day assignment opportunity in Downtown San Diego for a Technology Seminar. 14 open positions! MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL THREE DAYS! Sunday July 13th – 4 hours trainingMonday July 14th – 8 hoursTuesday July 15th – 8 hours Past experience with Power point a must. You will receive training on Sunday for the upcoming two day seminar. During the seminar you will be responsible for combining the video of the speaker to the power point presentation. Those with similar experience will be considered first.Operator Basic Duties· Operation of Encoding Computer running Microsoft Producer - Computer will be capturing live training sessions· Copying PowerPoint Presentation from laptop on a podium to Encoding computer (USB drive)· Confirm any changes to PowerPoint presentation on Podium computer are loaded on to recording computer· Verifying Audio and Video feeds into computer / monitoring audio levels during live presentation· Follow presentation closely for slide transitions· Documenting any issues that arise during the capturing of the presentation Requirements:· Experienced computer user· Basic experience in computer based audio/video capturing· Some experience with capturing presentations in Microsoft Producer· Must have a professional demeanor and ability to work with PresentersSend Resume's to luis.massot@rht.com
