If you are a Power Supply Engineer with a BSEE and High Voltage experience, please read on!

We are currently seeking a senior level design engineer with experience designing and developing cost effective power supplies and power conversion equipment. The nature and the complexity of each project depends on the customer and the application, however the qualified candidate must be able to perform the following functions:
Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in making adaptations and modifications to designs.
Estimate material costs of equipment for quotation.
Provides customer assistance and interfaces with clients
Supports manufacturing and sales departments by preparing test specifications production documents and other project related reports
Design to meet latest safety & EMI/EMC directives

Because the position includes direct customer communication, strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Engineering tools available include PSpice, Mathcad, Viewdraw and Pads to complete the electrical design requirements, schematic development and PCB layout.

We are looking for those with at least a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering required along with 5-10 years design engineering experience. Due to the nature of the projects, as much experience with component level and brick based power solutions that you can bring to the table is preferred.

Overall, we need a detail-oriented, organized, Analytical, and flexible engineer with a familiarity with various manufacturing methods, a variety of microprocessors (Microchip PIC), hardware and Embedded software design using microcontrollers.
