Description
Experienced Systems Analyst/Programmer to participate in analysis, design and development of

client/server applications in a Windows/UNIX/Oracle environment. This position will participate in all

phases of the development lifecycle for commissions and other Customer Care applications. This includes requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. Must have strong communication skills and prior development and implementation experience with PowerBuilder and Oracle PL/SQL.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with user groups to determine system requirements for enterprise-wide technical solutions to business problems.
Provide analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation of client/server applications in a
Windows/UNIX/Oracle environment.

Work with internal MIS groups to determine requirements for supporting new client/server applications.
Facilitate implementation of client/server development standards for application development projects, including GUI design standards.

strong business & data analysis skills
Full-life cycle development experience using structured development methodologies.
Relational database and application design including GUI design exp
3 years programming experience Oracle 9i and PL/SQL.
3 to 5 years OOA/OOD experience with PowerBuilder 9 and PFC.
ASP, and .Net knowledge would be beneficial.
Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent exp
