Powerbuilder Programmer

Adecco Engineering and Technical is searching for a Programmer Analyst with solid Powerbuilder experience for a non-automotive company located in the Wayne, MI area.

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Analysis, development, maintenance, and testing of new and existing applications.
- Investigating and resolving application and system problems, as well as assisting users in the utilization of applications.
- Making recommendations for programming/system enhancements, Client Server support, and future development projects.
- Designs, codes and tests new applications and enhancements to current applications.
- Supports end-user clients in resolving software problems.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must have solid Powerbuilder development experience
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project leadership skills
- Minimum of five years business programming experience in Powerbuilder, Visual Basic or other Windows based language
