Description:

As a Data Management Software Sales Engineer, candidate will provide sales technical/functional support to clients existing and potential customers as well as being responsible for driving software sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Work with sales organization to create a sales plans
. Assist in enabling positive outcomes with sales promotions to increase revenue
. Be very aware of industry developments and trends
. Promote client's software solutions and packages
. Give persuasive presentations and product demonstrations
. Develop strong customer relationships
. Ability to travel 50% in a given work week

Qualifications & Skills:

. Advance experience with software and storage sales (SAN/NAS)
. Extensive Systems Engineer pre-sales, installation and data management experience
. Strong understanding of storage sales cycle
. Documented success with sales, installation and data management solutions
. Worked with high-end business data management products and software
. Experience with enterprise level data management applications
. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science
. Outstanding planning and time management skill with a desire to succeed
. Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and presentation skills
