Position Summary:
The Principal Financial Systems techno-functional architect will be responsible for working with Finance and Accounting teams from various business units to implement and enhance solutions using Oracle R12 (please do not apply if you do not have this experience)ERP and Hyperion EPM 11 applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite-offshore team of business analysts and developers to support global Oracle EBS GL, AP, AR, FA, CE modules and deliver projects to business partners.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems and technical issues through detailed analysis of business process design, systems integration and application design.
• Responsible for requirements gathering, hands-on development and configuration of Oracle Financial modules, assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business suite solutions
• Manage and coordinate processing of data with Oracle E-Business suite, Hyperion, Extensity, Ariba and other Banking/Brokerage applications
• Manage system projects from conception to implementation and support.
• Responsible for functional and technical requirements gathering and documentation of processing enhancements, forms customizations, conversions, reports and interface programs.
• Liaison between Finance/Accounting Business Areas and Technology to educate users on Oracle E-Business suite and related reporting tools such as Discoverer, ADI etc.
• Develop processes to monitor data integrity, definition and testing of system performance.
• Assist with the evaluation of potential business software solutions.
• Develop in-house systems application knowledge and expertise.
• Integrate all system needs and requests as needed.

Professional and Technical Skills:

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Oracle E-Business suite implementation and support.
• 10+ years of extensive techno-functional experience with GL, AR, CM, FA, AP, ADI and Web ADI and knowledge of other Oracle modules
• 8+ Hand-on experience in development using best practices and Oracle technologies:
• Oracle Applications 11i and r12development
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
• Oracle Workflow and AME
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a plus
• Oracle Applications APIs
• Oracle Forms development/customization/personalization
• SOA/BPEL development
• XML schema design/development, XSL transformations
• Web services development
• OA Framework/ADF development including personalization and extensions
• XML/BI publisher development
• Good understanding of integration Oracle financial Sub Ledger modules such as AR, AP, CE with third party applications
• Knowledge about overall Fusion Middleware is desirable
• Possess in-depth knowledge of business processes for the finance business functions
• Expertise in Discoverer and ADI reporting tools
• Must be able to solve complex application problems that run across multiple modules. Financial close process in-depth knowledge is a must.
• Implementation and support experience in Global Intercompany Systems and Global Consolidation systems.

Minimum Education, Certification, Training:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Any Oracle ERP certification is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
