Process Auditor I

Job Description:
Perform and maintain group specific data mining of product and benefits in a timely and accurate manner for the CPL Project
Research and analyze group specific data in Lotus Notes databases and other internal source documents
Ensure accurate group specific data is documented in Excel.
Perform quality reviews and checks on all data daily
Work with others to address, research and resolve issues related to data validation
Follow up on unresolved issues with team and Product Engineering area.
Share knowledge and information willingly with team members to achieve team, division, and Enterprise goals while enhancing service quality.
Submit data timely
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
