Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Establishes, directs, coordinates and forecasts marketing activities for the Power Management product area in the Industrial & Communications Product Group. Conducts analysis of competing products, sales performance and market. Responsible for price and margin management. Improve work, products, functions, and processes through on-going analysis. Communicate and share new information and methods with cross-functional team members to achieve organizational goals. May require extensive travel to work with customers. Creates or supports development of formal quotations and program proposals. Consolidates, maintain demand forecast for PL. Develop and implement strategies/tactics to promote product line. Develop pricing that supports company and annual sales margin objectives. Stay abreast of market conditions; develops recommendations for product and/or market development. Assess and compile competitive analysis. Responsible for managing inventory to meet PL turns goals. Manage price, margin and inventory for mature and declining products. Must be capable of translating customer's technical requirements. Support Sales Org and Customers to resolve PL technical issues. Achieves Orders and Sales goals for selected product families. Work closely with Sales Channels to drive demand creation.

Required Skills/Coursework Desired: BSEE or similar (MBA is a plus) with 5+ yrs of exp. Some Power Electronics concentration a plus.
