Description
Works with management, product team and the development team to direct products and projects to completion. Provides leadership, management and direction for the development of the Quality Control Team and their testing processes as part of the Time Matters Development Team.

1. Organize all parties involved in a project and ensure that all aspects that compose an end product are completed on time.
2. Professionally maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
3. Demonstrates understanding of product knowledge and customer requirements for the application.
4. Provides direction, training, and coaching to a team of Quality Control Specialists investigating, reporting and testing for issues within products. This will include:
a. Responding quickly to customer or critical issues.
b. Training and coaching employees to perform daily duties and projects.
c. Identifying work loads between employees and assignment of projects throughout the Quality Control Department.
d. Develop and manage procedures to help track and control reported issues and enhancements.
e. Driving improvement to procedures and guidelines, such as test plan templates, ensuring consistency and ensuring established procedures and guidelines are followed.df-tc


Experience/Skills
1. Undergraduate Degree or equivalent consulting or technical experience
2. Excellent organizational skills
3. Extensive knowledge of software development processes and products
4. Good leadership skills to include leading team projects and people
5. Advanced PC and technical knowledge
6. Excellent communication skills: To be able to communicate with management, developers and customers
7. Able to handle and organize a heavy workload, juggle multiple tasks at the same time and work within an environment of constant ch
