Description
Job Summary: Assists in the financial success of assigned products or product features with:
1. A focus on revenue and profitability
2. An understanding of client and market needs and competitive landscape

Essential Functions:
1. Supports Product Revenue Plans
2. Supports partner relations
3. Responsible for tactical execution of product plan or specific items in product plan
4. Develops or assists in the development of Concept documents, including Investment Briefs, which comprise the Product Business Case and presents them to Senior Management
5. Develops or assists in the development of Product plans including sales and marketing plans, operational plans, and financial plans
6. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Business Analysts and Project Managers in the Project Management Office (PMO), IT, Executive Account Managers and Client Operations Managers in the Client Relations team, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to manage or enhance existing products and to develop new products
7. Delivers or assists in the delivery of enhancements to existing products or new products to the marketplace by working with the PMO, other internal teams, and with Partners/Vendors to coordinate development, implementation, pilot, launch and post-launch evaluation
8. Continually gathers feedback on products that s/he is responsible for and incorporates that feedback into the Product Development process
9. Develops industry knowledge by building internal and external networks; reviewing professional publications, periodicals, and online resources; and attending selected industry events
10. Contributes to team effort as an individual contributor in a matrix team environment

Skills & Knowledge
1. Knowledgeable in Marketing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) disciplines
2. Possesses superior communication skills
3. Ability to perform financial analysis

Educational Requirements:
1. 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field

Experience Requirements:
1. 0-2 years experience as a Product Manager
2. 0-2 years experience in the Payments Industry
3. Conversant with Microsoft office
