The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing go-to-market solutions that target specific industries and competencies coupled with the appropriate technology and service solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target verticals and market segments.
  • Develop solutions that address key business needs in a variety of industries.
  • Conducts market research and gathers industry expert opinions and analyzes market data.
  • Develop positioning and value propositions for the solutions.
  • Establish marketing strategies to promote vertical and business solutions.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis to provide sales and marketing with competitive positioning analysis.
  • Communicate solutions and positioning to train sales, client services and marketing.
  • Create and manage solution marketing programs with key partners.
  • Create and lead development of whitepapers, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
  • Define and own the success of the product launch process
  • Assist in identifying and assessing different technologies, in collaboration with IT, to consider how they might be applied to provide a market solution while assessing fit within existing IT systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product management, product marketing or solution marketing experience in technology-based firms
  • Proven ability to explore new markets and analyze key trends and pain-points
  • Ability to translate market/business needs into product requirements
  • Track record of collaboration with other functions to create effective solutions to drive revenue
  • BS/BA with a background in engineering or business; MBA a plus
