Description
This is a hybrid marketing and technical job. The candidate does not have to be a computer genius, but should be comfortable enough to be able to be trained to handle level one troubleshooting of the system. In addition, the successful candidate will assist the program developer in developing collateral marketing materials such as Powerpoint, sales brochures, and case studies. The candidate should be comfortable enough to be able to stand up in front a small audience and deliver a presentation on the product. This could be done in person at the client site or via webcast. This is a supplemental sales support job. Our sales force will make first contact and provide the pitch, this person may be required to assist in the selling process by providing more in depth information relative to the product. The candidate should be personable as well as eloquent when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:
Preparation for Product Launch:
1. Work on system to develop a deeper understanding of the product and how it works.
a. Learn to use the software component
b. Learn to use associated hardware components
2. Assist in development of sales and training materials
3. Assist in training the sales force and providing product support

Provide Secondary Support for Sales Force
1. Assist in initial training
2. Assist in building the Facilitator team
a. Help evaluated candidates for facilitator team
b. Provide training to Facilitators
c. Provide technical assistance to Facilitators
3. Provide ongoing training to salesforce regarding system updates and changes
4. Assist in the selling effort by visiting key accounts with the sales force
5. Act as the technical resource for the sales force

Required Skills:
Required Skill Set:
Some computer skills required
1. We do not require a computer science degree, but a BS/BA is preferred. It is basic installation of software on a computer.
2. The candidate should be able to effectively train others in the use of the hardware and software components.
3. Should be capable of being trained to handle very minor system troubleshooting.

Excellent Writing and Communication Skills
1. Someone who can assist in translating actions into words
2. Communicate with people at a variety of different levels

Good Presentation Skills
1. Author effective training materials in Powerpoint
2. Deliver the content effectively in person or via webcast

Desired (But Not Required) Traits
1. Knowledge of the healthcare industry
2. Architectural or engineering knowledge
