Wouldn't it be nice to know the other guys on your support staff had your back?Wouldn't it be nice to get the respect you deserve?Yeah it would.We are currently seeking several qualified individuals for an immediate opening as a Help Desk Analyst Tier I with 3 plus years of work experience to work for a well established client that is an industry leader in their field. This client has an excellent training program and is recognized for their teamwork, corporate culture and advanced technical environment.The several ideal candidates are support individuals that are passionate about their career and want to be part of a talented team of support professionals that want the same. We re staffing for our client in Downtown Portland which is conveniently located next to the Max lines and has easy access to great restaurants and shopping.

Okay, I am qualified, why should I work there?- Close to parking and all Tri-Met transportation- Work with state of the art technology- Support great major clients such as Microsoft, BMW, Coca-Cola and T-Mobile- Work in the onsite support command center with the developers at the company headquarters- Great benefits- Cappuccino and gourmet coffee machine for their support team- Work with a team that has been there for years and wants the same for their new team membersThe Help Desk Analyst should have intermediate to advanced skills in the following technologies: - 1+ years working in a call center- Web server concepts- Cookies (session and persistent)- port 80 knowledge- SQL Server, My SQL or SQL-able to analyze tables and write simple queries, an understanding of networking concepts- Windows Server administration experience- O/S level knowledge and file and user permissions along with Domain account permissions- Ability to look at JavaScript code and make minor changes. The ideal candidate must have well defined troubleshooting and tech support experience and must be able to succeed in a high volume end user software support role. Maybe you do not have all the skills listed above, but you have a great phone presence, a "can do" attitude and are constantly improving your skills, we want to meet you. Please be honest with your skills because your personality, work ethic and personality have a great influence during the selection process.- This position is a 3 month Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
