Description
The Tech Support Specialist will report to the Director of Technical Support. The Tech Support Specialist will install proprietary software at customer sites and train end users. Responsibilities of the Tech Support Specialist will be for resolution of customer problems through troubleshooting and user training. The Tech Support Specialist will modify current user manuals to reflect changes in software functionality, document user problems, and instructions given to users. Recommendation of software design changes to meet customer needs.

Experience/Skills
The Tech Support Specialist will be an excellent communicator and must have solid customer service and presentation skills including excellent written and verbal skills. The Tech Support Specialist will have excellent organization, development fundamental, presentation of technical information and documentation skills.
