May perform one or more of the following:
Monitors the day-to-day production process for the Georgia-Pacific SBU
Insure the flow of work throughout the system
i. MCP Item Inspector
ii. Web Workflow reports
iii. File loads (inbound and outbound)
Assures all system “jobs” and “services” are running
Rectify or notify management of potential bottlenecks
1st line of defense for production issues
In depth understanding of the complete technical process (not code)
MCP / SIR
WebDE
All automated and manual tasks / applications
Web Workflow
In depth understanding of system and user documentation
In depth understanding of the system configurations
Make approved configuration changes
Document all configuration changes
Create Business Requirement Documents for changes that require a developer
Interface with production supervisors
Take ownership of day to day issues related to the system
Notify of potential issues or areas of concern
Interface with Help Desk
Open new issue tickets
Signoff and close existing tickets
Interface with Management
Provide meaningful reports of current status
Notify of escalating issues
Provide status on open Help Desk tickets
Skill Set
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Minimum 1 year technical experience
Operational production experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
(optional) SQL experience
