Our client is currently seeking a talented Production Control Manager for their Brea, CA location. This is a great opportunity! If interested please send resume.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to, the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a Production Control environment supporting multiple applications across AIX, Linux, OS/400, and Windows operating systems. More specifically, this position would supervise/lead the effort for overseeing and developing controls, policies, documentation, procedures, and software toolsets in support of a best practices Information Technology Change Management and Version Control' initiative.
A.A. degree in computer related field or equivalent combination of college and related work experience.
. At lease 5 years as a Senior Production Control Analyst or JDE CNC.

Experience/Skills
Thorough understanding of production control, quality assurance, version control, job scheduling, and customer service. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Information Technology professionals. Requires multi-tasking and organizational skills. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in Production Control/Change Management. Oracle /JDE CNC administration a tremendous plus. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, shown past leadership experience, and be process and procedure oriented.

Successful candidate must demonstrate project management skills and coordination capabilities in a multi-disciplined environment. Position is a combination of operational duties, project management and hands-on Change Management and Version Control functions.

. Able to navigate in an AIX, Linux, OS/400, and Windows environment, with a general understanding of system commands.

o Microsoft Windows NT / 2000 / XP / Vista
o IBM AIX (RS/6000 Servers)
o IBM OS/400 (iSeries Servers)
o Linux
. 1st Shift as primary. Support has 24x7 on-call responsibilities. Off-Shift and weekend activities required on periodic basis.
