Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Production Support Lead for a major client in Charlotte, NC on a contract basis.

W2 CONSULTANTS ONLY - CANNOT PAY 1099 or CORP TO CORP

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of associates including onshore, near shore and offshore resources.
- Ensure service level targets are met on all application related issues.
- Develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience.
- Act as the communication conduit between Developers and Management.
- Offer creative solutions.
- Ownership and problem resolution.
- Recommend process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.
- Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vis versa.
- Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.
- Understand developer's problems and weaknesses and address these.
- Offer solutions and suggestions for process improvement.
- Present status and metrics in weekly team meetings. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft .Net 2.0.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server 2005.
- Programming experience in Microsoft .Net (VB.Net, C#.Net, ADO.Net, etc) technologies.
- Experience with SQL tables, view, procedures and functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience with TeraData.
- Experience with client Service Center and Maximo.
