Description
Essential Functions:
Production Support of in-house .NET application (1.4,2.0) written in C# and interfacing with SQL 2005 Database
Utilize SQL, Crystal Reports and .NET to generate business reports. Also produce adHoc reports for business inquiries
Using programming skills, develop remedies to issues recorded in help desk.
Documentation of existing environment.
Hours are 9 - 6
Requirements Undergraduate degree from a four-year college preferred or equivalent experience.?
Two to four years of relevant work experience in a Microsoft Development Environment.?
Understanding of Microsoft .NET architecture.?
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.?
Great phone and written skills with a customer service focus.?
IS related certification is considered a plus.?

We are also looking for a Jr. to Mid Level person that has the following skills:
Reports (ie adhac)
C#, .net and SQL programming
Helpdesk
Business savvy
Full life cycle
Look at the issue and can problem solve
Developer/programmer/coder
Documentation
Good work ethic
This person could have been a programmer and wants to get into more of the business side of looking at all of the problems, situations and so on. They need to be able to talk to all levels and explain to all levels what may need to be done. They will be involved and work on the projects but will not be the lead on these projects. If someone is just a true developer/coder/programmer and wants to continue this way, this will not be the person.
