Professional Services Engineer

This Full time position is for experienced Professional Services representative managing customer implementations worldwide. The position includes working with customers on a variety of tasks such as implementations, customizations and supporting installations both remotely and at customers' sites.

Prior consulting experience with database management, network and security (including policy assessment and database Firewall design to Fortune 2000 customers worldwide) is desirable.

Requirements for this position include:

• Knowledge of and experience with SQL and a database platform such as Oracle, Informix, SQL Server, UDB/DB2 or Sybase is desirable.
• Knowledge of and experience with Unix Shell environments.
• Unix Scripting and Perl programming desirable
• Experience with customer relationship management and production deployments
• Security experience is desirable
• Project management experience is desirable
• BS in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 30-50% travel, in US and internationally

At least 5 years of industry experience is required
