Professional Services Sales- (Healthcare) High end Business Development -- Dallas, TX(also have a similar position in Florida or NY or NJ)Need Rainmakers in selling Professional services in Security, Process reengineering (BPO) or Networking infrastructure into the Healthcare Industry.Business Development Mgrs will seek out,qualify and close new sources of IT professional services revenue focused on network infrastructure, security, BPO solutions. I. 1.Responsible for every aspect of the sales effort: qualification, data collection, proposal generation, due diligence, sales presentation, sales forecasting, contract negotiations, contract signature.80%2. Work with cross-functional teams that will consist of subject matter experts, practice leads.20%3. Participate on teams and projects as needed.4.Increase professional service sales within acceptable margin and profit parameters. 5. Bachelor's degree at a minimum- MBA preferredII. Experience:- 8+ years of direct sales experience in the IT consulting industry. - 3+ years of exceeding sales objectives/ quotas/ budgets. - Global or major account management experience is required. - Proven success selling services, such as IT outsourced professional services. - Proven ability to sell Professional Services, such as IP Telephony, Process Consulting, Security audits, etc Remedy and Optimization/ BPO a plus into Healthcare industry.- Strong preference for experience in consulting business.- Preferred, but not required: Six-Sigma Greenbelt or higher, IT Infrastructure technical certificationsIII. Knowledge:- Thorough knowledge of effective IT sales techniques, industry trends, tools, product and service offerings, and best practices.- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, infrastructures, services, and related products.- Strong business acumenIV. Proven exceptional sales performance.- Risk taker and self-starter.- Strong influence management skills. Ability to build/manage relationships.- Strong financial and analytical skills.- Excellent organizational/time management skills. - Strong negotiation skills.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Effective oral and written communication skills both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within an organization.
