Program Manager, IM Compliance

The Program Manager (IM Compliance) will develop, implement, and administer programs designed to achieve and maintain global IM compliance with all internal and external regulations and organizations. These audit programs will include compliance with SOX, HIPAA, Privacy, CIA, FDA, WICO, SDLC and external business partners as they relate to the IM division activities.
- Facilitate internal assessment in order to measure readiness before any audit is conducted
- Document and review findings from internal and external audits and create management action plans, track and facilitate resolution and reporting.
- Work with the company Chief Information Security Officer to develop consistency among compliance requirements and audit programs
- Partner with Corporate IM Compliance Council participating in activities and initiatives. Implement new initiatives as they apply to the affiliate level.
- Keep abreast of changes to compliance requirements and modify the internal programs to reflect such changes. Communicate and re-train as required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in Computer Science or general business. An MS or MBA a plus. At least 6 years experience working in Information Management or Information Management Audit, Manufacturing Operations, FDA Regulated environments or Software Quality Engineering (SQE) role. Experience with complete Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies, Computer Systems Validation (21 CFR Part 11, GxP requirements) and design, development and maintenance of IM Controls using tools such as COBIT. Knowledge of IT control objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance a must.
Strong analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
