Program Manager - Logistics Management - Contract Administrator

If you are a Program Manager with experience logistically managing a production/manufacturing Defense program, please read on!

LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED

What you need for this position:

- Experience logistically managing a production/manufacturing Defense program
- 3-5 years in contract administration.
- You'll be fully familiar with negotiating supplier contracts.
- Experience at dealing with all levels of executives at supplier companies.
- High energy and the ability to work in a fast paced environment where you wear many hats
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

What you'll be doing:

- Develop interfaces with the existing management team and customers
- Assuring contract compliance in all areas of finished goods delivery, quality, performance and customer support
- You'll be a key member of review and proposal response groups assuring Engineering, Production, Materials Handling, Quality, Quoting and other segments of the organization fully understand and buy in to any proposals
- Interfacing and coordinating on customer audits and maintaining ongoing and close customer communications
- You'll possess the authority to stop production if quality or safety are at risk
