What you need for this position:
- Several years Project Management experience and or PMS experience
- Top Secret Clearance minimally
- MS Project and MS Office experience
- Previous experience with a government agency is a plus
- Source selection experience, acquisition and technical experience

What you will be doing:
- Duties would include assisting contractor and Federal staff with analysis of acquisition management information and other programmatic information and prepare material required to accomplish Requirements determination and documentation
- Source selection
- Drafting and Final SOWs and Specifications
- Independent Cost Estimates
- Quality Assurance Plans
- Review Board presentations, and other related materials.
- Assisting in reviewing and analysing project schedules and assist the other PMP with developing project schedules
- Reviewing and analysis should include: scheduling techniques such as task identification, resource identification and usage, base lining, task status updating, schedule progression, resource levelling , etc
- Developing and reporting schedule effectiveness metrics using MS Office Suite, MS Project
- Assist in developing internal project schedules to track and allocate resources as well as complete goals and objectives.

Duties may also include providing Program Source Selection Services to include but not limited to:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting systems required by individual project offices that may be necessary for program management and acquisition tracking
- Proposing, developing, implementing, and maintaining best practices to assist the PMO with the management of deliverables. The tracking systems shall provide a detailed listing of dependencies, milestone dates, due dates, and other details as required
