I have 12+ immediate Permanent positions for Delivery Project Executives; you will be fully responsible for Client Satisfaction and Service-Delivery of SAP and PeopleSoft HR Payroll and Benefits solutions. You must have 10 to 15+ years experience with direct program management and major projects including Service Delivery & Implementation, Architecture and Technical solutions, People / teams, Client Satisfaction, Financial / costs / budget, etc.

Responsibilities include: Lead individuals / teams by setting directions, communicating, and exhibiting effective leadership behaviors to manage delivery of services and processes; provide expert leadership to support team to meet those defined objectives according to Sr. Program Manager / customer needs.
Develop service-delivery customer satisfaction plans and programs which include defect elimination, cycle time reduction, and incremental improvements; establish and apply total cost of ownership principles; PMI PMP formal Certifications required; Program Management (10+ Years), Project Management (10+ Years), People and Financial Management (7+ Years), SAP & PeopleSoft (5+ Years), Managed PMO with Budget > $20MM (3+ Years), Technology and Process Implementation (5+ Years), HR / Payroll / Benefits (5+ Years, ) HRO Transition or HR ERP Implementation (5+ Years), Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration, Creative Problem Solving, Drive to Achieve.

This position includes the following:
* Permanent position with large corporation; excellent benefits; bonus potential.
* Annual salary of $100,000 to $168,000+ depending on experience (Target =3D <$145,000).
* Live anywhere in the US; access to major airport.
* 40 to 50 hour work week.
* 100% travel, Monday through Friday, home weekends.
