Description
A multi-discipline firm, providing architecture, engineering, environmental and planning services, currently has a position available for a Senior Program Manager for their Orlando, FL office. The successful candidate will have 7 or more years of experience and have an accredited BA or MA of Construction Management or Building construction degree. Prior experience in overseeing prototype deployment efforts preferred (i.e. Branch Bank, Retail or Restaurant). Ability to manage multiple projects, as well as, professional design and construction teams, staff and clients. Experience as a leader within the community and the construction profession is desired. Excellent verbal presentation and marketing experience is desired. The position also requires construction administration experience and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and executing these program management duties. Additional skill sets and abilities with respect to project scheduling, fiscal budgeting and management, real estate acquisition support and due diligence, design oversight including coordination with vendors and value engineering initiatives are essential.
