Required Experience, Education and Skills:

. Bachelor's degree (preferred in Information Technology, Business or Communications) OR 5-8 years of training and work-related experience; Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills; Ability to analyze problems and perform basic financial analysis
. Extensive experience in financial analysis/business case development, business analysis and business requirements gathering.
. An understanding of project planning/scoping methodologies.
. Strong creative problem-solving techniques.
. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both one-to-one and in groups, at all levels of the organization.
. High capacity for volume of work; ability to deliver high quality work on an aggressive timeline.
. Proactive knowledge-sharing ability and strong ability to learn; willingness to contribute to the development of others. Ability to lead by example, coach through performance, and mentor through work activities.
