What you will be doing:

The program manager will have responsibility for programmatic QA (Quality Assurance.) This individual should possess extensive experience in IT project management and systems development. Experience managing software development using the Rational Unified Process required.

What you need for this position:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. MS or MBA preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) credential required.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Candidates must have specific AHRQ applications background, including experience with any of the following:

* Agency Research Reporting System (ARRS)
* Electronic Preventive Services Selector (ePSS)
* AHRQ Publications Clearinghouse (PBCH)
* AHRQ Intranet Portal

Operations & Maintenance
* Correspondence Tracking System (CTS)
* Funding Decision Support System (FDSS)
* Publications Clearinghouse (PBCH)
* Making AHRQ Great (MAG)
* AHRQ Quality Indicators Survey (AQI)
* AHRQ Partnerships (AP)
* AHRQ Project Research Online Database (PROD)

Mandatory Requirements
* All candidates must reside in the Washington, DC metro area, no exceptions.
* All candidates must be eligible to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) security clearance - US citizenship required.
