  Understand how and when to incorporate technologies to provide the very best service in responding to business needs
  

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in Web based software development environments and knowledge of languages such as J2EE, .NET and C is desirable.

Skills and experience with databases; ability to verify and create complex views/queries,

Bachelors' degree in MIS, CIS or Computer Science required.

Experience with the full product life cycle including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, QA and deployment.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with constant change in a more than satisfactory manner.
