Description
This team member will be responsible for the completion of tasks, goals and milestones as assigned. This position relies on technology experience to provide custom applications and development to clients. An associate in this position will be responsible for defining requirements and estimating workload. This associate will be responsible for keeping up to date on current trends and technology in their area of expertise and spreading knowledge to the other members of the team. Provides mentoring to other team members, and improves efficiencies within the team.

MCPD or MCSD
MCP, MCTS or MCAD

Minimum:
At least 4 years of programming experience with Visual Studio and SQL Server to create web and desktop applications. Two years experience with a reporting tool such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services. Two years experience creating DTS and/ or SSIS packages for SQL Server.

Preferred:
Experience working on technical projects in a formal project management (matrix) environment.

Experience mentoring other associates.

Experience with IIS and troubleshooting internally developed applications in a production environment.

Experience creating development procedures based on industry best practices.
