Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :


As a Siebel Application Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for capturing the business process requirements and validation of the configured system design of the Service product and related components (e.g., system interfaces, data conversions, etc). This position will require you to leverage your business process knowledge and broad Siebel experience.

Additionally, this individual must be able to effectively interact with client representatives, project management, and fellow team members (both inside and outside of the immediate team) in the development of solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization.

Also important to your success in this position is the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions.

Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills:
Requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
Siebel application design and prototyping
Test scenario definition, script development, and
execution
At least 3 years of Siebel implementation experience
(at least 1 in version 7 preferred)
Participation in each phase of multiple full Siebel
lifecycle implementations
Siebel Business Analyst Certification
Siebel Core Consultant Certification (version 7) a plus
Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery
methodologies
Superb written and verbal communication skills as
well as listening skills
Significant Consulting/client facing background
Outstanding teamwork skills
Keen attention to detail

Requires Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a relevant major (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Engineering)
