Pro-Tech Search, Inc. is a full-service Executive Search firm located in central Illinois with expertise in the placement of Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Accounting and Engineering professionals. We are currently helping our client secure a Programmer Analyst to join their growing team.

The Programmer Analyst is responsible for developing logic, writing code, testing and documenting system functional requirements utilizing a systems development methodology. This position will provide ongoing support, develops system enhancements and assist in the quality assurance and implementation of new software features/products.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in MIS, business administration or a related field. Applicant needs experience with .Net development using C# or ASP.Net, MS Office, HTML, BizTalk Server, Visio, Visual Basic and SQL Server. The position includes working with customers to determining project scope and requirements, developing work flow diagrams, creating business cases, analyzing cost benefit, estimating project size and cost, projecting delivery dates and assuring the delivery of quality projects. Will need to communicate at various levels, to different interest groups within the organization, use other appropriate software for user documentation, provide Quality Assurance and assist in the development and delivery of user training programs.
