Job Description:

- Work with a team of System Engineers and Business Analysts to support, create, and enhance applications used by the Mortgage division
- Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain applications by following the SDLC methodology
- Provide programming expertise within an assigned business unit/area
- Formulate and define application scope and objectives; devise and modify procedures to solve business problems
- Follow coding best practices, standards and architectures for relevant technologies

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS or related field
- 5-7 years design and development (.Net, Delphi, SQL, Oracle)
- Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience developing business applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills
