They are seeking a Programmer Analyst. The successful candidate will work in the Mobile Computing Group. Responsibilities include assisting in the design of systems that meet the functional requirements of the user, assisting in creation of the details of program logic required to implement the desired functional specifications and assisting in the completion of user/acceptance testing to determine whether systems meet the design criteria. This position will also be responsible for creating program logic, developing program test plans, testing programming work and verifying results. In addition, the successful candidate will perform the appropriate level of systems and user testing and assist in the maintenance of user and technical documentation. There will be no travel with this position.

The candidate must meet the following requirements: must have a BS in Computer Science or related field in addition, 3-5 years of experience are required in C++/C/.net or an equivalent OOP language. Also required are 3-5 years of experience in MS Visual Studio IDE 1-3 years in SQL database or equivalent is also required. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong fundamental analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must have the ability to plan and prioritize their workload to meet deadlines and the ability to multi-task and track status on several projects at once. Experience in MS SQL Server 7.0/2000 and/or Windows NT/Server 2000 and/or AS400 v4.5/v5.1/v5.2 is preferred. OS-WinCE or equivalent mobile OS experience is preferred. Local candidates only, please.
