Job Title : Programmer (Java)
  • Summary:Duties/Experience/CommentsLooking for a skilled individual for our Programmer position. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to designing, prototyping, testing and troubleshooting programs according to the system requirements and specifications. Responsibilities:*
  • Maintain and develop user applications as defined by Project Leader *
  • Assist users in definition and resolution of problems *
  • Write work instructions and document existing and new processes *
  • Work as an integral member of a high performance team making important individual contributions *
  • Estimate schedules for projects undertaken and complete them on time, adhering to predetermined specifications and quality standards *
  • Design, prototype, implement, test and troubleshoot programs according to the system requirements and specifications Qualifications/Requirements *
  • Knowledge of and experience with business information systems and infrastructure *
  • 2-5 years of technical experience in Java, VB, C/C on Windows platform SQL or Oracle database experience *
  • Experience with internet technologies such as HTML/JSP/PHP is preferred*
  • Some manufacturing experience is preferred *
  • BS in CS or equivalent work experience with respectable academic background Excellent verbal and written communication skills*
  • Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneousLocation: Houston, TXdf-tc
