Experience/Skills
We are currently seeking an individual with the following experience to work with our client for 18 months:

Mandatory requirements.

College degree with 4 years of programming/analysis experience.

Two years of Client/Server and/or Web application Development Experience

Two years of experience performing work in two or more of the following areas: Systems Analysis, GUI Design, Database Design and Erwin, Web Application Design, oracle and PL/SQL, Specification Writing, Test Plan Development, StarTeam, WordPerfect/Word, Court or Criminal Justice environment (highly preferred).

Desirable experience:

Experience in the analysis phase of developing large/complex computer applications, specifically including the writing of programming specifications.
Experience in developing software in team environment using various management tools.

Ability to work independently

Excellent interpersonal skills with end users

Other desired skills:
Systems Analysis, Data Base Design, Erwin, Web Appliation Design, Test Plan Development, Oracle, PL/SQL, GUI Design, Specification writing
