Description
Position: Programmer (basic for applications programmers have popped up, preferably with a degree in computer science or at least a strong background in computer science)

Duties:
Assist in the development and implementation of data analysis
Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of internal procedures that streamline data management & reporting tasks
Create and manage Microsoft Access database and Excel files
Create, organize and update in-house training materials
Some General Administrative Support involving to data retrieval and reporting

Requirements:
Highly Organized
Strong Quantitative Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Access (Ability to design a database solution - create tables, forms, queries, reports, pages)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Ability to create advanced formulas and pivot tables)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Mail Merge functions)
VBA programming for Excel & Access
Ability to think and work independently

Beneficial:
Any agency experience or experience with agency software (Medialine, DDS, etc.)

Temp to perm or perm. Pay depending on experience: 50-65k.
