Description
Senior level programmer working on a Hub Time and Attendance system, currently OS/2 based. The project is to rewrite the application in Visual Basic to run in a Windows environment. Candidate will receive specifications from senior UPS technical employees and write programs that meet the requirements, with and emphasis on quality (will unit test own code). Professional office environment. Fluent in Visual Basic 6.0 (3+ years of experience). Strong working knowledge with C language (2 years). Proficient with SQL (3+ years), preferably with DB2 (knowledge of UDB2 a plus). Understanding of OS/2 desired (optional). Good communication/english language skills.df-tc
