Description
1-800-Radiator is a quickly growing, national auto parts distributor with headquarters in Northern California. We are a mid-sized company currently adding franchise locations to our national distribution chain.

We employ over 100 people in Benicia including a team of dynamic software engineers and e-commerce web developers.

We are looking for a mid to senior level programmer who is technically proficient in 1-2 languages, great working under pressure and very collaborative.

Ideally, candidates will have familiarity with the following:
MS SQL Server 2000
ASP
VB6
PHP
Java Script / DHTML

Ideal candidates will have real world experience in E-Commerce or other web based software implementations, be highly competent in proper coding practices and understand security issues involved with web applications.

Candidates with knowledge of both open source (Linux/Apache/PHP) and Microsoft (IIS / Windows DNA / COM / ASP) platforms will be given special consideration. Additionally, some knowledge of C++, C#, XML and .Net are 'nice-to-haves.'

We are located in scenic Benicia California, a ten minute drive from Walnut Creek and 30 minutes from the Bay Bridge. Our offices overlook the Grizzly Bay and afford a spectacular view of Mount Diablo.
