Description
Installation and maintenance of IBMs Mainframe Operating System at the z/OS level.
  • Experience in the use of IBMs software management tool SMP/E.
  • Sound experience with the JES2 Spool and Job management subsystem.
  • Very skilled in MVS problem analysis and dump reading.
  • Moderate skill with Unix Systems Services under MVS.
  • Very skilled in Parallel Sysplex environments and the configuration & use of Coupling Facilities

  • Very skilled in using HCD for I/O Configuration and management.
  • Moderate to Highly Skilled in Assembler Language programming

  • Knowledgeable in the use of a PC and other tools used for remote support.
