Programming Analysis Manager
Location: Macon, GA

The salary range is open depending upon your experience. This is a perm opening.

Relocation assistance can be negotiated for this position.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience managing and leading development, maintenance and production support of large application systems. Must demonstrate strong staff and project management skills, including coaching, planning, and tracking. Ability to matrix-manage is needed. Excellent communication and coordination sklls along with a strong customver focus is a must. Solid mainframe background required with COBOL, CICS and/or IMS/DC, DB2 and/or IMS/DB; Experience in client/server disciplines a plus. College Degree preferred.

- 10% Travel expected
- This is a management position, but they are looking for someone who is a hands on manager - a working manager - not just managing a staff.
