Description
The project is High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). It's currently in the Definition Phase. The goal is to enhance the Southern California Claims system to be able to adjudicate claims for members that purchase this new product.

Will participate in the analysis, design, development of deliverables, testing and implementation of enhancements to the SCAL claims system.

*Ability to apply understanding of the business process to create software enhancements that fulfill the needs of the business.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Work with the business and partners to determine requirements and functional specifications. Create CDP documents to outline the requirements, specifications, use cases, test plans, etc. Develop the program code or support the developers to ensure new functionality matches the needs outlined in the documentation. Execute and support unit, system, end to end and user acceptance testing. Implement and monitor initial deployment.

Other Required Skills: Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal), comfortable working in a team environment and sharing knowledge with the team, willing to hear and adjust to feedback
