Ajilon Consulting is seeking a Project Administrator/Coordinator to support our client.

Your main responsibilities will be to act as a Project Administrator / Coordinator on a project to implement new packaged applications. Other responsibilities include:
. Analyze actual spends vs. projected spends
. Maintain project plans
. Coordinate status on projects, critical deliverables and milestones, risk, issues and changes to key factors such as time, scope or resource allocation.
. Produce regular status reports
. To include the identification, tracking and resolving of program/project level risks and issues, and ensure a consistent process and approach across the program

Experience/Skills
. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project)
. Experience coordinating data to maintain project plans and related documents
. Attention to detail
. Able to organize, simplify and effectively communicate complex data
. Delivery focused, with follow through to closure
. Strong verbal and written communication skills and time management skills
. Ability to handle multiple demands in a changing environment
. Self motivated
