Description
The Department of Administrative Services is implementing a new eProcurement system and is in need of the services of a Project Administrator. Provides administrative project support including monitoring and reporting of project spending, tracking the project schedule, coordinating project logistics, maintaining the project library, coordinating project office start up activities, distributing project communications and collecting/maintaining project metrics. Tracks project documentation, issues, schedules, status, funding, and risks. Assists in facilitating meeting logistics such as meeting notices, written communication, and documenting meeting minutes. Tracks project objectives and metrics. Distributes reports. Supports project communications by developing project presentations and status reports. Provides assistance in the development of the overall project schedule, staff schedules, contact information, communications. Liaison between business owner and vendor. Follows up on coordination issues within project and between project and related agencies. Acquires through proper channels needed supplies, equipment, etc. Develops and maintains soft and hard copies of project library Supports project research and project databases. Supports project copying and collation of materials
