Description
Responsibilities:
Under moderate supervision is the primary functional point of contact with the client while the client is in the Conversion/Deconversion/Startup process. Performs a variation of activities from coordinating/executing data mapping/verification, user client acceptance testing, conversion mock testing, option selection/management, issue/problem resolution, implementation, notification, and post implementation support. Overcomes language and terminology differences and establishes rapport and confidence with the client/partner, organizations, vendors and internal TSYS departments. Handles routine and/or multiple projects, or portions of a large project. Analyzes and defines data (i.e., data mapping, product features, statements, cards, interfaces). Participates/facilitates in client meetings and performs research and fact-findings in preparation of documentation. Develops internal and external contacts and attends meetings. Has a high level of accountability/responsibility.

Required Skills:
Four year college degree and 2 or more years professional experience or 4 or more years professional experience is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic PC skills to include but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Skills: Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred. Triad or equivalent account management experience.
