Due to our consistent growth and prosperity, we are looking to fill a key Project Analyst IV role within the Treasury Management Operations area of M&T Bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains thorough understanding of the business being supported, its functions, processes, operations and strategic direction. Maintains a detailed understanding of all support applications and associated products.
Develops and/or oversees the development of test strategies, scripts, performs client testing for routine to complex processes to ensure proper system functioning
Responsible for the management of direct reports
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations to fulfill business requirements
Works directly with Business partners to launch new Products
Actively involved in all Commercial Queue Projects as well as departmental/BAY changes
Manage expenses
Works closely with the Production units and Technical Customer Support to introduce and train on new product and system implementations
Documents and maintains procedures
Performs system validation tasks to support application changes and system upgrades
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or above or have 4+ years proven experience in a related environment
Excellent project management methodology
Must be analytical and detail orientated
Demonstrates high aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
3-6 years experience in Ops/tech/systems analysis or operational support environment
Strong ability to understand the business areas functions and operational environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in support of day to day production and projects
2-3 years Supervisory/Management experience
Advanced level Excel experience
Proven testing and regression testing experience
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid Treasury Management knowledge
Previous experience with PMM
