We have an immediate need for a Project Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Denver, CO
6+ month contract

CDI is looking for a Project Analyst to provide analysis and support for an enterprise wide desktop and reporting solutions. Resource should have strong experience with contact center technologies, be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and Visio. Resource must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for providing analytical support in the design, development and implementation of projects.
Functions include: interfacing with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion of projects to fulfill user needs; providing project support to assigned manager under general supervision; analyzing project requests, requirements and feasibility; recommending enhancements and solutions; documenting workflow and recommending improvements; interfacing with staff including middle management.
