Description
Project management background with small to medium scale projects approx. 2 to 3 years experience. They should be able to work with MS Project, issues lists, understand risk mitigation and when risks become issues and when to escalate. Good presentation and communication skills. Background with IT, particularly application development, and an understanding of trade work would be helpful but not required. They will be required to run the projects assigned to them with my assistance but should be capable of handling much of the work on their own. They will need to be able to deal with multiple culture issues as well as sometimes working off hours in support of the global project. Travel is not required. All work would be done out of NJ.
